From the Collex Collision Experts website, customers can click on the e-Estimates logo to begin their online estimate process. A Collex Collision Experts e-Estimate takes just three simple steps. First, the customer must take up to 5 digital photos of the damage in question. Second, the customer fills out the online from at the Collex Collision Experts Website. Lastly, the customer is asked to attach the photos to the form and email it to Collex Collision Experts.
Within 24 hours, Collex Collision Experts will contact the customer to give an estimate. Of course, an e-Estimate from Collex Collision Experts is like any other estimate; informational and non-binding. While much more helpful than a traditional estimate given over the telephone, online estimates from Collex Collision Experts are general, ballpark figures that give customers a sense of what repairs will cost.
