Ian Woodman’s Bucket List: The Islands of the Caribbean

Ian Woodman and his wife have fallen in love with the Caribbean. However, with much of the area’s islands already explored, Ian Woodman has targeted Aruba, Barbados, Cayman Islands, and Turks and Caicos for future visits. As part of his bucket list, Ian Woodman also hopes to return to some of the areas he’s already visited, including the Bahamas and St. Maarten.

The Caribbean, according to Ian Woodman, is a 2,000 mile group of islands that runs between the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea. It is a popular destination for adventurous travelers like Ian Woodman due to the fact that it mixes adventure with relaxation. Ian Woodman and his wife will be able to enjoy beautiful views in the morning, swim with the dolphins in the afternoon, and dance the night away.

When he visits Aruba, Ian Woodman and his wife will likely want to take advantage of the island’s horseback riding, which offers a fun way to enjoy the Aruban countryside. These rides are available day and night, with guides available to lead the way. Ian Woodman and his wife can also tour the island via mountain bike or go deep sea fishing on one of the private boat rentals available.

In Barbados, Ian Woodman looks forward to attending the exciting Harbour Lights Beach dinner show, where they’ll see fire-eaters and enjoy a live calypso band. The Atlantis Submarine gives visitors a unique view of the beautiful Caribbean Sea, going as low as 130 feet, says Ian Woodman.

The Woodman’s trip to the Cayman Islands is likely to include their enjoyment of swimming with dolphins, with a thirty-minute experience in the Cayman’s beautiful waters. The Grand Cayman Dolphin Encounter allows dolphin lovers like Ian Woodman to learn all about the dolphin before or after their swim. At night, Ian Woodman and his wife can indulge in the catamaran dinner cruise departing from Seven Mile Beach each evening.

Turks and Caicos Islands is the perfect place for Ian Woodman and his wife to cap off their bucket list trip to the Bahamas, with a scenic boat ride giving them a full view of the Caicos Islands. They’ll get a view of the caves in Middle Caicos and stroll along Mudjin Harbor Beach.

The Bahamas offer endless beauty, with destinations that could bring repeat trips for couples like Ian Woodman and his wife. Ian Woodman originally fell in love with the Bahamas during his honeymoon cruise and intends to return many times over the coming years.
