Steven P. Delarge notes that in these trying economic times, any news is good news for the citizens of his hometown of Albany, NY. The capital region of New York is experiencing healthy economic growth, thanks to a partnership between New York State and local industry, Steven P. Delarge reports.

According to businessman Steven P. Delarge, the industrial rebirth of Albany began with the funding of the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering at the State University of New York in Albany. When combined with participation from 300 global corporations, this investment has served as an incubator for microelectronics research, which making New York a vital part of this exciting megatrend, says Steven P.

Delarge.

In order for this investment to be successful, Steven P. Delarge points out that research must be translated to industry. Thanks to a multi-billion dollar investment by Global Foundries, Steven P. Delarge says that is now a reality. Steven P. Delarge points to an advanced 300mm fabrication facility located in nearby Malta, New York to help bring Albany to the forefront of technology.

The fabrication plant has not only helped Albany advance in technology, but other businesses are now relocating support operations to the area near the new plant, Steven P. Delarge adds. This helps facilitate continual manufacturing production, as well as business growth, according to Steven P. Delarge.

In addition to business relocation, new housing is being built to accommodate all the employees being brought into the area, reports Steven P. Delarge. New hotels and restaurants are also under construction, adds Steven P. Delarge. All of this means an increase in area employment as well as a surge in business for local builders.

In even better news, local government officials have pledged additional investment in the Albany campus, Steven P. Delarge says. According to Steven P. Delarge, this will come in the form of construction of an impressive expansion to the Nanotechnology site. This, Steven P. Delarge believes, illustrates how seamlessly business and government can work together to foster overall economic growth in an area.

The growth of the semiconductor industry in the Albany, New York area is an example of how economic growth feeds additional economic success. As Steven P. Delarge concludes, by partnering with the government, businesses in the Albany area have been able to create an economic environment that brings jobs and growth even during these tough times.

Brazil is home to many of the Kummetz Corp LLC’s civil service projects, which are stimulating the economy and infrastructure of this diverse and fascinating country. Today, the Kummetz Corp LLC speaks with Oceans 2003 and describes its many projects, including construction and agricultural production.

Oceans 2003: Good morning and thank you for joining us today.

Kummetz Corp LLC: Thank you for having us.

Oceans 2003: We understand that the Kummetz Corp LLC is registered in Nevada. Why focus so much effort in Brazil?

Kummetz Corp LLC: Brazil is a country with many residents living in substandard conditions. It has many natural resources that remain untapped.

Oceans 2003: Can you give us an example?

Kummetz Corp LLC: Brazil has the perfect climate to produce sugarcane. Sugarcane is a major crop for the production of ethanol, a biofuel increasing in popularity.

Oceans 2003: Biofuel has certainly been in the news over the last few years…

Kummetz Corp LLC: Yes. The Kummetz Corp LLC is currently exploring around 90,000 acres in Brazil to grow sugarcane for ethanol production.

Oceans 2003: Moving along, can you tell us about some of your building projects?

Kummetz Corp LLC: Currently, we are developing beef packing and processing facilities.

Oceans 2003: We were unaware that Brazil was an exporter of meats.

Kummetz Corp LLC: Yes, in fact, Brazil exports over 1,000,000 tons of beef, annually – we hope to increase that significantly.

Oceans 2003: We hear that the Kummetz Corp LLC has developed a scholarship program for Brazilian citizens. Can you tell us a bit about that?

Kummetz Corp LLC: Yes, we are actively working with the government of Brazil to assist the homeless and disabled to get proper education so that they can provide for themselves.

Oceans 2003: Why such an interest?

Kummetz Corp LLC: We have many ongoing projects in Brazil. It has started to feel like home. We have a moral obligation to help those who cannot help themselves.

Oceans 2003: We understand that education is not your only focus for these people. Can you tell us more?

Kummetz Corp LLC: That’s true. We feel that in order for many of these Brazilians to have full and happy lives, they could benefit from counseling. We set aside a portion of the funds to help pay for psychological services and evaluations for those who need it.

Oceans 2003: How can the Kummetz Corp LLC do all of this and still run a profitable business?

Kummetz Corp LLC: Obviously, the Kummetz Corp LLC has an obligation to our clients to ensure that their investment funds are being put to good use and that they will see a return on their money. We feel that by enriching the lives of those in the countries where we develop, we will be able to stimulate the economy on a small scale that will eventually trickle out into the global market. This helps our clients, as well as the rest of the world. And besides, it is just the right thing to do.

Oceans 2003: Is the Kummetz Corp LLC focused solely on South America?

Kummetz Corp LLC: No, we have projects in many parts of the world, including Africa.

Oceans 2003: We appreciate you taking time to speak with us today. We look forward to talking with you in the future.

Kummetz Corp LLC: Thank you for having us.

The Kummetz Corp LLC is an investment firm with over €14 billion in holdings worldwide. The firm has a diverse portfolio, which helps to ensure that its clients see a consistent return on their investment. The Kummetz Corp LLC was founded by Eloi Kummetz and was registered in the state of Nevada in 2005.

In addition to its work to foster economic development in areas of the world that needs it, Kummetz Corporation is looking out for the future of our planet. A Nevada-licensed business, the team at Kummetz Corporation travels the globe to find forward-thinking companies that embrace their vision of a green planet. This mission has taken Kummetz Corporation to Brazil, where it supports companies producing sugar cane for the use in biofuels.

With more than 90,000 acres currently under exploration, Kummetz Corporation is supporting the production of Ethanol for the use in biofuel. When combined with the sugar cane Kummetz Corporation is also working with Brazil to produce, the Company says that this biofuel will allow these areas to sell and export biofuels to help deal with the environmental crisis. Biofuels can be used to power cars and even diesel trucks, according to a spokesperson from Kummetz Corporation.

Bioethanol is a biofuel made using a combination of Ethanol and alcohol fermented from carbohydrates like sugars. Kummetz Corporation believes that by using sugar cane from Brazil, the Company can help support this country’s economy, furthering Brazil’s economic development and providing jobs.

Biofuel has a definite future in the world’s economy, Kummetz Corporation says, noting that Worldwatch Institute reported that in 2010 biofuels made up 2.7% of fuels for road transportation worldwide. Kummetz Corporation points out that this number is expected to continue to rise as traditional fuels become expensive commodities and green-friendly companies like Kummetz Corporation find ways to invest in the development of biofuels.

Brazil is a great resource for Ethanol, Kummetz Corporation management notes, with the country being the number one source for the fuel. Small amounts of Ethanol are now added to fuel for road transportation, usually mixed as a percentage. The maximum percentage today’s cars can handle is a gasoline with 15% Ethanol, Kummetz Corporation explains. Ethanol is also being used in some fireplaces.

Kummetz Corporation currently invests in projects worldwide, helping provide economy-stimulating projects to areas that need it. In addition to its work with biofuels in Brazil, Kummetz Corporation owns Kummetz Construction & Projects Ltd., a company devoted to building developments in the country. Kummetz Corporation also has projects in Africa, Bolivia, Columbia, and Spain, among other places, and continues to look for innovative companies to help throughout the world.

Konrad Kafarski knows that starting a new business can be a terrifying adventure for even the most experienced business person. There are so many details and risks to account for, notes Konrad Kafarski, and yet he affirms that the entrepreneurial spirit prevails. If you have an entrepreneurial bent towards starting a business, you have much to consider, says Konrad Kafarski. Elements like the right product, enough financing, accounting, and legal representation are all critical components of getting a business going. Long before you need inventory, says Konrad Kafarski, you will need an experienced lawyer.

You’ll need an attorney, continues Konrad Kafarski, because the legal side of starting a business often has the most obscure and intimidating angles. Customers never see the legal end of your operations, says Konrad Kafarski, but your company could not exist without it. Before a business plan gets too far along, recruit the help you’ll need.

Konrad Kafarski notes that what often serves to snag a budding business proposition is the seemingly simple need to choose a business name. A name is not something to be taken lightly, adds Konrad Kafarski. Your business name will be at the core of your recognizability to customers. Konrad Kafarski knows it can be a challenge to choose a name that is short and recognizable, while still conveying the mission of your enterprise. Often entrepreneurs use the names of loved ones when naming their businesses. There are many options, agrees Konrad Kafarski.

Konrad Kafarski urges entrepreneurs not to overlook the legal issues that come with choosing a name for your business. The name you choose will be how you identify your company to the world. It will be emblazoned on all of your literature. Choose a name to be proud of, and choose one that will have longevity. Most importantly, says Konrad Kafarski, choose a name that you are sure you own.

The legal business of sorting out company names is under the umbrella of trademark law, explains Konrad Kafarski. Lawyers help business owners make sure that their name is unique and safe, so that no other entity will come along and lay claim to the name you have chosen. You may have heard horror stories about a large corporation squeezing out a small operation because that small business had the same or even a similar name as the corporation. By consulting with an experienced attorney during your naming process, Konrad Kafarski says that you can ensure that this fate does not befall your new business.
