Senior Healthcare Consultants: What was your previous occupation?

Staff Member: Prior to joining Senior Healthcare Consultants I was working in the restaurant business in San Antonio as a waiter during college. I graduated from college in 2003 and I was basically looking for a job where I could make a good living, utilize my degree, and have a viable future.

Senior Healthcare Consultants: Why did you choose Senior Healthcare Consultants?

Staff Member: Well, to be honest, I found Senior Healthcare Consultants pretty much by accident. I remember the exact day that I found Senior Healthcare Consultants on Career Builder. I had no formal sales experience and I questioned if I could be successful, but the one underling fact that made my decision was the Senior Healthcare Consultants belief in constantly replacing yourself and promoting from within regardless of any other factor out of your control. This allows hard work to truly be rewarded. This was the one reason I joined Senior Healthcare Consultants. I knew that the potential of earning a six-figure income is very real with the philosophy that Senior Healthcare Consultants has.

Senior Healthcare Consultants: How many years of sales experience did you have prior to working for Senior Healthcare Consultants?

Staff Member: I had no formal sales experience or training prior to joining Senior Healthcare Consultants.

Senior Healthcare Consultants: What was the most difficult part of your learning curve with Senior Healthcare Consultants?

Staff Member: I have always been successful in almost everything for which I have ventured to try. I have always been a very self-reliant individual. The most vital thing that I had to learn was to ask for help. With Senior Healthcare Consultants, there is always someone willing to aid in your development. However, I had to learn that straight and direct communication is the key to success with Senior Healthcare Consultants. You have to ask for help when needed. Any good salesperson must have self-confidence (ego) in order to be successful, but not let that be their ironic demise with Senior Healthcare Consultants. In order to succeed with Senior Healthcare Consultants, a consultant must have the ability to put his or her ego aside and take serious candid coaching from superiors, regardless of that person’s age in relation to you. Senior Healthcare Consultants knows how to generate wealth for us or they wouldn’t be growing as fast as they are or doing as well as they are in such a short period. Once I understood this, everything else fell into place for me. Now I am enjoying that wealth. After seven years, my renewal income alone is twice what I earned my entire 1st year on staff at Senior Healthcare Consultants.

Senior Healthcare Consultants: Give a few pieces of advice to incoming members of the Senior Healthcare Consultants staff.

Staff Member: If I could give a new Senior Healthcare Consultants consultant one piece of advice it would be to listen to your superiors. Senior Healthcare Consultants has a vested interest in making you successful. Any piece of advice given to you will be gold, put all egos aside and listen. Senior Healthcare Consultants will provide you with everything you need to succeed except for desire and work ethic—these are internal and must come from within you.
